01 — Generate

Cleantech Solutions.

Clean generation, engineered end to end — utility-scale solar parks, rooftop and open-access C&I portfolios, wind–solar hybrids, and efficiency retrofits that pay for themselves.

The practice

Generation that
banks trust and
grids love.

A solar plant is a 25-year promise. We treat it that way. Every Tri Green generation project starts with honest resource assessment and ends with an asset your CFO, your lender, and your grid operator can all rely on — because the engineering was done right when it was cheapest to do right: on paper.

  • Simulation-led yield estimates — P50/P90 you can bank on
  • IEC/IS-compliant design and lender-grade documentation
  • Performance ratio guarantees backed by LDs
  • One team from land survey to lifetime O&M

What we build

Six ways we put
clean electrons to work.

Utility-scale solar EPC

Ground-mount parks from tens to hundreds of MW — full EPC or BoS scope, delivered against bankable yield and schedule commitments.

Rooftop & C&I solar

Factory roofs, warehouses, and campuses — CAPEX or zero-investment OPEX models, engineered around your load profile and roof life.

Wind–solar hybrids

Co-located wind and solar sharing one grid connection — flatter generation curves, better PLF, and more value per acre.

Open access & group captive

Off-site generation wheeled to your meter — we structure, build, and operate so you buy clean power below grid tariff.

Energy-efficiency retrofits

Audits, HVAC and lighting retrofits, waste-heat recovery, and metering — the cheapest megawatt is the one you stop wasting.

O&M & asset management

Module cleaning to inverter analytics to generation reporting — long-term care that keeps PR where the model said it would be.

Delivery

A 25-year asset,
built in six moves.

01

Resource & site assessment

Irradiance and wind data, shading analysis, soil and grid studies — the truth about the site before anyone falls in love with it.

02

Design & engineering

PVsyst-simulated layouts, DC/AC optimisation, structural and electrical design to IEC/IS codes, single-line diagrams sealed and signed.

03

Procurement

Tier-1 modules, inverters, and BoS from vetted vendors — factory inspections and acceptance tests included, brand-agnostic always.

04

Construction

HSE-first sites, staged QA/QC gates, and weekly transparent reporting — no surprises at the end of the Gantt chart.

05

Commissioning

String-level testing, grid synchronisation, performance-ratio verification against the simulation — witnessed, documented, handed over.

06

Operate & maintain

Remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, cleaning cycles tuned to soiling data, and annual PR audits for the life of the asset.

Engineering standards

Bankable is a discipline.

  • IEC / IS-compliant electrical & structural design
  • Lender-grade DPRs and yield reports
  • P50/P90 estimates from simulation, not brochures
  • Performance-ratio guarantees with LDs
  • Factory acceptance tests on key equipment
  • HSE-first construction management
  • Staged QA/QC hold points, independently checked
  • Complete as-built documentation at handover
  • CEIG & DISCOM approvals managed end to end

Good questions

Asked often,
answered straight.

CAPEX or OPEX — which model should we choose?

CAPEX suits companies with balance-sheet room who want maximum lifetime savings and depreciation benefits. OPEX (we or a partner own the asset; you buy the power) suits those who want zero upfront investment and a predictable tariff. We model both against your load and tax position before recommending either.

How do you guarantee the plant performs as promised?

Every design is simulated before it’s priced, and the performance ratio we commit to is written into the contract with liquidated damages behind it. After commissioning, remote monitoring compares actual output to the model daily — so drift gets caught in weeks, not at the annual review.

Can you work with our existing rooftop or a half-built site?

Yes. We take over stalled or underperforming assets after a structured due-diligence: design review, string-level testing, and a remediation plan with clear before/after numbers. Retrofits and capacity additions are a regular part of the practice.

Do you handle approvals and grid connectivity?

End to end — net-metering or open-access applications, CEIG clearances, DISCOM liaison, and grid-synchronisation formalities. You sign where needed; we carry the paperwork.

Have a site, a roof,
or a power bill that’s too big?

Tell us what you’re working with — we’ll come back with an honest first assessment, not a sales deck.
