What does it cost to add charging at our property?
For qualifying sites, nothing upfront — we finance, install, and operate, and you earn a revenue share or fixed lease. If you’d rather own the chargers and keep the full revenue, we deliver and maintain them on a service contract. The demand study tells us which model your site supports.
Will charging overload our building’s connection?
No — dynamic load balancing keeps total charging demand within your available capacity, throttling and sequencing sessions so lifts, lights, and everything else keep their power. Cars simply charge a little slower when the building is busy.
How do residents or visitors pay?
Through an app or RFID card, with transparent per-unit billing at a tariff you approve. Societies can bill charging to individual flats; malls and hotels can bundle it, subsidise it, or run it at a margin — your call.
Which vehicles can charge here?
Any car with a Type-2 AC inlet — which is effectively every EV sold in India — plus two- and three-wheelers on Bharat AC points. We match the connector mix to the vehicles your site actually sees.
